Buyer and Seller Guides by themselves don't make particularly good lead generators anymore.
So what's the best way to use them?
You have to let people see the quality and feel to establish that they are desirable.
Print out one copy each ( great quality and bound ) and take them open houses or other gatherings. Tell people this is your last copy and you will send them one - just add your name and email to the list.
Your list includes columns for Name, Email, Phone, Buyer Guide, Seller' Guide, Send List of Available Homes (Price Range), What is My Home's Value (List Address).
You should seed the list with several handwritten entries ( like a tip jar).
