Do little reels on local businesses you like in your area. For example, a pizza shop. 2. Client testimonials
Record a quick testimonial right after closing while they feel really good. Have a couple of questions prepared and make sure to go over the questions with your clients before recording. Like - “How long did it take to close on your home?” Prompt them beforehand to repeat the question in their answer. Like - “It took almost 2 months to close on our home”, instead of just saying “2 months”
3. Market updates
Periodically record a short market update and give your opinion on how this affects sellers and/or buyers. Include a simple chart in your b-roll.
Do not say industry buzz words or any numbers - numbers send your watchers’ brains off into a separate space, and their focus is Lost.
For example - Available homes are way down and this means that you blah, blah
4. Share your personal life
Videos about your day-to-day life connect you to your tribe and build trust. People want to know who you are.
We judge people by seeing them in action in business and personal settings - driving, working, hobbies, interacting with family, religion, visiting with friends, pets, etc. Then we say to ourselves - I want to work with someone like her.
